Hi there i heard somone mention that i can replace my t3 elbow?with a cosworth elbow and will give better flow or did i pik this up wrong im sure someone mentioned that it helps with better flow does it bolt onto the downpipe as with orignal elbow thanks

yes flow is better

no it wont bolt straight up you need a custom down pipe

cossies dont have an elbow on the turbo, they are a straight 3 bolt flange, u wud have to get a downpipe made up for it i reck on it wud be a bit tight though
finally im back in a fiesta turbo after a headache of building a bmw turbo

Never had any issues running with my T3 RST elbow's as my cars have proven over the years.
