T34 turbo on zetec turbo

Which turbo would be the best for a zetec turbo?
Ive been told a frs gt25 would be good but hoping for about 300-350bhp

A cossie t34 was my first thought but have been told this might struggle for 300

Its a 2.0 zetec turbo

t34 will be fine for 300 bhp ..t25 would probably drive better though

reithy :I've got a t34 with .63 exhaust housing for mine

good for upto 380hp depending on the rest of the engine spec.

Spec would be forged pistons & rods

Uprated valve springs and just the head castings smoothed for now
Ive heared about the 1.6 cam swap but not sure if that would affect top power in return for quicker spooling

And electric gizmo boost controller so can hold good boost, 2.5 exhaust tubular and manifold from the frs

The turbo would be the t34 with .48 exh as the .63 are proving hard to find
