tapping the zetec for turbo conversion (need help)

ive tapped the zetec head to mate the cvh manifold all has gone well apart from the last stud ive actually made the hole in the exhaust face a size bigger then the rest of the bolts.do they make an exhaust stud in a bigger size or should i put a bolt in it.its one of the top ones as well where you drill into the oil gallery any help would be grate wanna get my fezzer sorted now its off the rd for the zetec turbo conversion will get pics u[ when get chance.
