I dont have a clue about you're wheels, I just said that to see if you'd let on if I was correct or not.
Sorry

looks closer in the pics then it really is!
the wheel isnt toughing and does move freely!
But...I might grab a small spacer, but I havent got a lot of room with the arch either
so a little unsure what to do!
But the camber on the car is spot on at the moment!

OH YES!!!!
It fired up today for the first time
Took the fantastic Mr Excursions advise and towed it! Took it around for a little trip for the first time and nothing, so stopped off at home and had a check to see if there was any leaks.....there was, so sorted them. Then realised the stop off solenoid wasn't connected
Soooo.....off we went again got round the corner and away it went!
I couldn't be more happier!!
And a vid....
It hasn't got and exhaust on it so there is smoke everywhere! and I hadn't sorted out any tubing as I just wanted to make sure the engine ran before I spent any more cash.
On the move!
So.....the race begins....40 days to go

And about Little Berkhamsted....I quit the pub job in December, but I do go up there every now and then. Also do like the roads around there as I know them like the back of my hand!

Excursion :I remember the days of Mk3 TD power! Mine used to zip up to 120, it was a laugh
Ahhh man, me too! I felt all sentimental when I heard it running in the video above just then! I used to love that thing, it really did buzz up to 125! You must be chuffed to have it running at last!
