right little update, mainly this......

i can soon be officially a Turbo man.......all be it a diesel :bonkers:

also finally sorted the wheels and most of the suspension just the rear passenger to do now :rolleyes:

Diesel is coming along nicely.

I can vouch for that, seen it in person. Get it road worthy then finish up the few cosmetics later.

Another slight update.......

it has been MOT'd!!!! :lol:

so should be on the road soon, now i have sorted something out with the DVLA, fingers crossed ill get insured. Then its all go with the engine transplant, talking of which......

A 8v exhust, kindly donated by Knuckles

and my bargin for the day, £10

nothing left to get now, just got to get a plate made up to cover the hole in the manifold, powdercoat some bits and then measure up the downpipe when fitting for welding

then all done and im off :bonkers:

oh and watch this space for more plans on the car, which i can afford now im working

this looks awsome! When I read through and heard you only had the green slip i worried for you! My car got broken into and it was that bit that they nicked. It wouldnt have been the same one, but somewhere out there there will be an si with my plates on trying to be sold!

That manifold wont work if you are going for a front mount as it points toward the bulkhead. (take another look at heemans)

Its lowered 60mm apparently, but im not sure it is and i dont know what the skirts are, came with the car

i dont think i have ever seen one like that on a mondeo. mark 1s are like the one i have and mark 2s dont angle upwards, they go straight out, meaning they will hit the wing.
