Paradox,

dash board was taken off and inspected by the bodyshop. There was nothing there.
I had them check when it was first mentioned.

I cant believe it was July when i last got pics of my car. Oh well, i popped by and the boys have been busy ..... in fact there is new paint on! :D

The new front end, gives clues to painting....
Image

The engine bay has been painted .... (sorry for fuzzy pic)
Image

The brand new inner wings are shiney .....
Image

The new inner arches looking great to .....
Image

Image

Inside the new floor has been painted and given some sound deadening..
Image

The old bodykit is fitting fine ....
Image

Goodbye to that nasty rusty bit above the windscreen .....
Image

The shell should be ready and hopefully being sprayed next week. Then its all the other bits, doors, bonnet, bodykit .... etc. I should have a restored shell by new year, maybe ..... just maybe before Xmas :D

After 14 Scottish winters it's about time it had a break!

When are you expecting the restoration to be finished? :-? And what happened to the 150k T2?!

Hoping to come back to Fiesta ownership early next year myself. Selling the C2, getting a cheapish diesel for the weekly commute and will be looking for a 2i for some weekend fun. Will need to come up to Abz to see the RS in the flesh once it's all done! :D
