yet you have a shoddy mk3.5 filler flap :bonkers:

you know you will get people saying, thats not a real one, it has a petrol flap

did say that a while ago, but i can see where hes coming from with the flap now, and lets face it, anyone whos anyone will know about this car as its been on here and passion ford so will know its a rs :lol:

i bought it in 1997 and its wasnt so bad. But after being driven EVERY day summer to winter and clocking up 148,000 miles it would look tired and it would have rusty panels.

TIL13R : aye i certainly do know the guys well in the bodyshop now :lol:

I think the filler cap looks better than original now

and with no green stripe im going to get a lot of questions i think.

The latest .....

The rear end is just about finished, new lock fitted ......

New boot floor .....

Front end is complete but new headlights will be ordered ......

Rear opening windows now with brand new fittings ......

Sills now have brand new Ford sill protectors ......

Passenger footwell looking much better ......

Driver footwell also looking much better ......

Inner arches looking like new once again .......

So shell is 99% finished, just need new fittings for boot release mechanism i had already bought a new solenoid and we will be fitting second telescopic arm for the boot door so it opens evenly (an idea from the guys at the bodyshop

)
