well who's engine is it then??

Many of you say me0u012e is arrogant. This could possibly be because he is tired of explaining the same points again and again.
I am never one to judge another and i have said this from the beginning, i was and am interested in the engine conv being carried out by me0 but i have to say without a doubt that his attitude has ALWAYS been untoward everyone on here from day one.

a way we're glad that you're all so narrow minded. Max Power, Fast Car, Fast Ford, etc all present 'another' 450bhp Saph on 18's every month, or a 'Jap kitted' Saxo VTS
btw i never read any mag's as theres nothing out there in the tuning scene that is "different" with regards to engine tuning. in my eyes its all the same.

If me and me0u021e can build a car that is competitive with the best road cars in the country for very little money, then you might well be paying us in years to come to fit that multipoint rollcage. Sobering thought, that...
yep we just well might be doing that but do u really think your the only ppl in this country that can do an engine conv and get parts cheap???

There are many many ppl out there who are in the same boat as you guys, so can we just for the last time take some chill pills and not get annoyed by other ppl's comments because i expect alot of the chaps on here are just winding you guys up as its SO easy to do and funny (sometimes) reading your replies.

Klown.....

How can expect people to take you seriously, when you come on here and start bragging that you have built an engine with a compression ratio of 5.1, no lag with a Indy Spec turbo, blah, blah, blah and come with NO PROOF, NO PICS anything....

dont expect everyone to believe you as not everyone on here is 18 years old and know nothing about engines......some of us have some experience and are a few years older than 18

Surely with all this technology you are using, you would have a digital camera ? some pics would go along way to changing the non-believers.

Here will be meus reply

"look you stupid idiot, i have nothing to prove to u. I have sent details, pics, videos, even 'meus engine - the movie' to ade. We are still getting my dad to provide the 56,798 patents needed on it so fudge off u silly poop brain"

Also the point about max power, fast car etc. I read them all - at work as i get to for free then just put them back after. Nothing wrong with this at all. I buy, however, performance ford, fast ford, performance vw and car mechanics monthly. I like anything with a blue oval on, so i buy these and mechanics for obvious reasons! at the same time, although people slate max power, etc, without them the world of modifyin would be a smaller place.
Yeah u get some tw@ts that will buy anything they say is good (LED washer jets anyone  ) but if u had a nice car i'm sure if u could get it featured u would want everyone to see it not just readers of 'turbo cars with 5:1 comp ratio monthly' I look in max power to see what is happenin on the other seens with vw's etc. Also Klownmaster, who said moddin a car was just about the engine? u mock those that fit 40 subs in their cars but they also have probably spent months of time, planning and work building such an install, as much as your engine, and will probably use it in SPL Drag competitions. I see modding as looks, performance, and ICE and try to add to all 3 bit by bit. If someone likes one area more than another then fine, let em get on with it an appreciate the results.

Tooo bloody true klown!

As you will notice Dunster it says bike in the list so from deduction that only Sherlock Holmes has, I'd say YES BRING YOUR MATE DOWN. I'm not saying I'll beat him, jolly flip me them things are rapid, just like my mates Ex racing repsol honda fireblade 900 that should be going along.

Chum, I paid for it so on paper its mine but as he helped build it he can put his name on it too, only fair I think.

Never said we were the only people, other seem not to explote the fact. But then how far can you say you get cheap parts? I can draw up a part on autocad and get it sent off to my mate in the aerospace industry who will get someone to make it for me, be it pistons, conrods or what ever! Only have to pay for the metal and a pint down the pub! Sorry chum but I bet to differ on the winding up thing, I actually believe they don't want the advice!

Now onto fezzy, how can you all believe sunny when he has equally NO PROOF, the basis of his whole arguement being that his engine can't do 400hp and was built by blah blah and that I don't have proof so it can't be done! I will be giving proof on a website asap with pictures and charts as klown is gettin a digi cam.

festajon, ah the joys you must have of being a little boy. I won't respond to your "rubbish" as I feel you are trying to start an arguement, one of which I don't want to be in AGAIN. Oh and the car will be going in maxpower, only as I stress to show the fu(kin nonses how to make a REAL car go REALLY fast!

Oh and another point to make out on the READ THE POSTS THAT ARE PLACED UP note, This was a comment plainly put in the FIRST post

"Just wondering whos actually coming down to race, ONLY POST IF YOU ARE and give these details so a grouping can be sorted out and hopefully organise a proper event with a mag or something, just put a list of numbers with answers ok."

i PLACE IT IN CAPITAL THIS TIME AS i THINK YOU ALL MISSED THE POINT THAT A CONVERSATION WASN'T MEANT TO SPARK OFF JUST A LIST OF ENTRANTS. sorry left the caps on for that paragraph.

oi laughing boy, you seem to be a bit sarcastic in that reply to me and then go on about an ex racing 900, you really think a race spec 900 can beat a 1200 (or 1300, whatever they are) with a turbo and nitrous in a drag race?

i know its not what you said but its what you implied. he's not accually here at the mo (on hols somewhere) and he's not my mate, hes a neighbour so he'll prob. laugh at me when i say some lad i've never met wants to take him on in a mk1 escort but we'll see.

Meu0....no-one is believing you. Sunny's engine is being built by a reputable tuning company and i would tend to believe what is said about that engine than the "stories" of an engine being built by a student who is doing a fancy mechanical degree

U must be tryin to make up for something with all these challenges hey? lack of cubic inches perhaps
Maybe u should lower the compression level on your balls to stop people calling u '10-second-meu' and it's got nothing to do with quarter mile times by the way

I was making a point bout maxyp etc, u just failed to take in my point and call me a little boy! do you know me? wake up meu! u are a STUDENT not a race engineer. i have said i wish u the best of luck with the engine etc and i mean that and i thought that would be it. I was actually making the point at klownmaster and u replied, please just learn to take critisism as well as praise and respond to it in a mature way. U were the one that starts these things callin me a little boy! My point about max p etc was an opinion etc and contained a joke about a reply u may have used. It was a joke. Not some sort of vendictive 'out to get u' style reply! just chill meu et klownmaster. If u recall i was one of the first to email u about gasflowin/porting my 1.1 engine and was prepared to let someone i don't know work on my engine etc, and seemed like a decent offer and if u didn't live in liverpool would be prepared to let u do it cos i do believe your ability. So lets just wipe the slate clean hey, and if i say anything regarded by u as stupid or pointless in any of your posts then see it as a joke and not a direct insult cos that's all i mean by it, nothing more and nothing less.
So peace eh?

Cheers

YES slate wiped clean. All I have to say is if people are going to make comments at least have factual back up of what they say, I only comment on things I feel I know inside out. Hence te reson I'm not in ICE on STYLING or what ever other forums are on this site. I know engines backwards inside out or whatever direction you care to look at it from, this knowledge is all gained from a) reading detailed books about it or b) asking people who are "race engineers" , for example F1 contact, how things work or whats best. I feel I can trust these people more as their not there to make money just offering an unbiased veiw on the subject, no "well to get 300hp you'll have to spend about" (tuner taps calculator) "£4000 mate". Do you see where I'm coming from? But like you said clean slate, even though the arguing keeps me amused between lectures! And on the other side I've had quite a few people interested in modifying thier engines from this site and have e-mailed me and seem to be happy with what I'm prepared to offer them. I'm currently in the process of buiding an erst engine for someone that has had the usual "tuning mods" and is a bit of a bag, although he was told "all worth while mods". Oh well, no more arguing then? I'm up for it if you are.

Good man meu, course i'm prepared to start a-fresh so to speak. Appreciate it. I might even let u work on me fez turbo when i get it  Would be good to hear your views on most reliable way of tuning a turbo'd cvh as that is what i value most along with performance.

LOL I actually totally agree with meo on that point - I hate most Uk tuners - they offer limited modifications for stupid prices.

I know severnvalley were innovators back in the early 90's and Graham goode are the people to go to if you want a good job but Ive seen little innovation (bar Ian Howell) in the last few years! its all chips filters and exhausts

This has been my whole point from the very start, it was just put over on my part quite badly. Tuners all do the same just quote a bhp figure and whack a price next to it. They aren't doing anything new just doing what they do in motorsport and selling it to you. I've been there done that and seen mistakes, well, their calculated "make it not so good so they come back to pay more for a better one" ideas. All I've done is instead of building an engine via "trail and error" is to calculate on paper the best solution to the problem, then worked out how to fit it in with a real engine, as on paper things are different, like a real engine is only about 30% efficient and on paper you work to 100% then take errors. Its all about converting the 100% to more than 30% before chucking in more fuel. Thats how I work and its slightly different to the way others do it, well bar formula 1 as this is where most of my ideas stem from as they're better on the ratio as stated before.
Oh the mk1 is now stripped out and about to be fully seam welded and caged before being painted, hopefully before easter, then the task of wiring in the new loom comes, oh dear.
