Throtle body shaft sticking

Found why the car is idling high i have to knock the springs down on the theoryls body does anyone know if it could be the rubbers inside

Sounds like the butterfly valve could just be dirty mate. Take off the charge pipe and get at it with some carb cleaner :)

i tried it mate it was a ported opolished throttle body i think the butterfly is damaged it ay shutting all the way
