Will i be able to get a plug and play performance package containing throttle bodies and aftermarket managment with map already on the ecu for a 2.0 litre zetec for under £2000?

Such a conversion for that price at the most would probably be possible with PVE in Somerset, run by "Scort" on this forum. He's a busy man, and I realise it's a long way from you, but he's done a similar setup in a Saxo with a great deal of success. Megasquirt management, throttle bodies and a decent exhaust system saw good power and success at a local hillclimb, including a class record! Drop him a PM anyway :)

Thx for the reply heeman.
The reason im asking is because my engine bay looks like this atm
Image

Its empty i have a gearbox put to one side and thats more or less it.

I would like an engine with a fair amount of torque great reliability and about 170bhp with scope for more at a later date.
And at the absolute maximum i want to spend from start to finish £2-£2.5 thousand.

Ive looked at loads of options and started buying a fair few bits to go zetec but if im completly honest i now have no idea what to do so all options and suggestions in my price range will be read and taken onboard greatfully

Alright mate.
Jenvy throttle bodies on a 2.0 zetec seem to be the 'in' thing with kit car owners,as many have come into work with bacisly the same setup, and i guess most are reaching 200BHP also with a few extra mods.
Try http://www.trustelectrical.co.uk/ for some prices on some setups :)

retro ford do a kit for £1430 using emerald ecu. its aimed at mk1 escorts but its for a zetec 2.0 and thats what counts. its less than 1/2 that for a setup using megasquirt and gsxr t/b 's. if you want to play more... mike.
