Throttle bodies & Turbo !?

I'm contemplating sticking a 2 litre Zetec into my mk2 fiesta racer with some race cams, and 45mm throttle bodies. Question is though, can this be turbo'd up at a later date and without changing too much? ie can i keep my TB's?

Alternatively would it be better (cheaper?) to just do a 2 litre Zetec bottom with RST head - although I don't find any info on RST's with throttle bodies.
