I would of thought all you would do to test it is leave one of your windows down and try to lock the car.. the window should close then the car locks [I think].

or are you trying to work out how to switch it on?

yeh either its not activated, or you have to press another button at the same time as the green lock button to put the windows up :-?

ive tried some different variations but no luck. i didnt get an alarm manual with the car and the toad website is asking £10 for a manual

unless you have wires drilled through the pillars and doors, i can almost be certain it wont have the feature wired up..

the fiesta molex isnt easy to get through without busting it or the seal. and fitting window closure in a car with door switches means you have to do this some way..

i just basicaly rebuilt my whole electric pack loom and integrated an alarm, window closure and lots of other cool stuff.. but to tackle the molex i just removed an electric pack loom from a mondeo ghia estate..

now.. i tell thee, its like a telephone exchange.. i used lots of the wires, of all varying thicknesses and colour codes to make my new loom, but it involves alot of running back and forth its easier if the window switches are in the center console as you can keep it all around there.. in the doors its a different story.

ive just finnished a few of the last wires today, im just having a break then im gonna go back out and finalise it some more and get the car running again. everythings being hard wired in.

have a look at your doors with regard to my post above, or tell me if you have door or center switches..

if the feature is there but not installed then i could help you install it but you would need to tell me a little or at least yourself know the circuit your working on (diagrams and haynes)
