Thats right after yrs of planning and commitment the storm is brewing! For those who dont know me majorly i have been on here for yrs built my fiesta, cosworth and many others all the time working and running chip shops well time has come now for me to start up alone...

Alot of time has gone into setting this in motion hence me not being on here much BUT in 2 weeks time i shall be in my own shop! So if your local pop in say hi

ITS battered sausage! And i'll put some more pics up in a few weeks got alot of changes to sort out in there first, BUT it should be ace got alot of special recipe's that i'm using that most shops dont know about or use... thats the benefit that i've been around a bit i have picked up some secrets off a few people along the yrs.... BUT the one thing that doesn't need to be special or trick is using FRESH fish none of this frozen s**t, and daily prepared potatoes... as customers know fresh stuff tastes WAY better... they can tell if you using rubbish spuds and frozen fish... But the guy does things way different to me (obviously) so will take a week or two to get things sorted ...
