Too harsh or too soft...? POLL
Please read http://www.fiestaturbo.com/forums/too-harsh-or-too-soft-vt174840/ before polling, although I have chop-quoted the offending item in question.
Alex, when you read this, I know you probably won't appreciate it but I found the various responses to be almost comedy club material and besides, there's a basic "right to reply" issue here that Mr no1 is missing entirely.
attwood :hows your neck feeling
fezzy-no1 :I would have whiplash after that i wud deffo be claiming if that happened to me
Capri :Then you're a f***ing idiot.
fezzy-no1 :Whys that then, you tard.
Capri :Because you'd be claiming for something you didn't have, which is something that puts all of our insurance premiums up. And kindly refrain from calling me a tard until you've learned to spell and punctuate properly.
fezzy-no1 - in reply to BigUKG :If your a mod on a car forum why would you reply to someone like that?

Has Fezzy-no1 been banned now?
Of course not. I've not even voted btw, I have my opinion and in this case, I'm keeping it to myself - I was really just interested in what everyone else on the board thought.

Voted, everyone has the right to reply to any thread IMHO, but i did expect our resident pedantic fart to have a little more decorum than that

Re: Too harsh or too soft...? POLL
hmm.
look what ive started....
Id say he is titled to his opinion as is every member on here.
The only thing i wouldn't agree with is if the guy in question called or said something and then Capri went and abused his moderating priveleges to edit the guys post so it said nothing about Capri in it. ( unless he defeated the swear filter i presume you use on here )

LOL !
To be fair, if someone was editing for those reasons I think they'd be banned immediately. That s**t just ain't on There IS an audit trail in phpBB so every mod can see what every other mod has been up to, also, the swear filter is optional these days - it just defaults to on

Of course you do.
But you need to remember there is a difference between giving your opinion and personally insulting someone

fezzy-no1 :Are you saying i insulted capri thats why he called me that?
No, I think he called you that because (regardless of whether it was a joke or not) your comment about defrauding insurance companies (causing our premiums to go up and dramatically reducing the chances of those suffering with whiplash ever receiving adequate compensation) made you look like a f***ing idiot; I could be wrong, it does happen occasionally
