i have had this for a few months now, thnkin of plans an what can i do that may b diff, an tbh im struggling, so if anyone has any ideas plz tell me so i can try an carry thm throught, i have gathered a fair few parts ect,

a weekend of stripping the engine down to the bare block!!!!!!

bit of a mess and not happy that the bay is a diff colour to the rest of the car

now iv emptied the bay of everythin i can start to sand and prep the bay,

im going to b doin a bit of cutting here, im taking the turret off an will b replacing it with a sierra or escort cosworth turret!!! so if anyone can get sum for me please let me now!!!

with the inside like it is im going to strip it futher, im not going to have a dash in it, its litraly going to b bare minimum, iv also got a 2.0 zetec turbo silver top, not sure weather il use the black top or silver top, also got an st170 box that will go in, too make it diff to other builds il b useing a diff turbo as to the garrett, an the ecu will b a haltech platinum 2000!!!!

jus a small update as i havent the chance to make any real progress as to work an the s**t weather wev had :(, so im hopin itll pick up so i can do sumthin, mean while iv got these lovely 279mm wilwoods

so iv made a little progress today with the car as the weather has bin ok :), so now i have completley stripped the car now so i can start doin thngs, the next stage is to prep the bay so i can get the weldin done (turrets, gearbox mount),

The wilwood calipers are massive tbh, completely dwarf 256mm discs :lol: Easy to cook the small discs but can't talk the missus into 17"'s to get bigger stoppers in (resuse calipers and pads, just change discs and mounting brackets).

Did you check the piston bore size on the wilwoods ? You *may* find you need a bigger master cylinder.

they do a bit mate, jus buy sum new ones an do a bit of fondling with the car an say u need to change thm lol

as the master cylinder im going to b using a pedal box, i will upgarde it to the tarox floor mounted one, as iv heard the one im gettin isnt too great, (compbrake one)
