Track day insurance - HIC - Anyone know?
Right, im insured thorugh hic and ive jsut paid up for a tack day type thing, with time attacks, drifting (not that i can take part in that) and 1/4 mile fun ect in south wales somewhere. Anyway to the point, im insured through HIC, does anyone know if they offere insurance cover for these kind of events, and the rough cost it might be, my current policy for the year is around £600 if that helps on my 2.0 fsi.
Basicly, i dont want to phone up, find out its going to cost £100, opt out then them getting suspiciouse as to why i wrote my car off on the road just outside the front gates to a airfield! So does anyone know if its going to cost like £20 or £200 and is it really worth getting?
Btw the event has £5m insurance cover, but thats just for if someone hurts themselves, not cars
Cheers for help peeps.
