Bought some fog lights from him quite a while ago. after a week or so from paying via paypal they still hadnt arrived, despite apologetic pm's saying he'd forgot and would post them imediately. Never received the fogs and there's still an unread message from me in his inbox.

Was only a tenner or so but it's the principle that annoys me.

Hasn't been online since Nov last year so I'm assuming he's gone.
