hi i recently sold my 1.1 mk3 and got a mint mk4 1.25 16v zetec s instead can any one tell me which mod will give me the most bhp from doing so and also if you know of any good bodykits cos i can only find 1 and its not much for the money.

hi i have the same car,

so far ive put these mods in my car and they seem to make it a lil better

custom powerflow exhaust 4.5 inch round
piper cross induction kit
g max lowering springs
front upper and lower strut braces
fords performance discs n pads
i wud prefer to have ebc green stuff or of a kind like it

these mods seem to give it alot better handling n get rid of flat spots but it is still a 1.25 zetec special 16v

so there is only so much power to be squeezed out of it

did you get afull new exhaust system from powerflow if not what did you get and how much was it because ive heard there good but ive not herd the prices

i got the back box as the rest of the manifold was already done!

but mine is a custom one of a kind exhaust from power flow i paid very little for it as i knew a guy who worked there at the time

there very good make ur car sound nice without makin it sound like a chive car,

u can get the exhaust for bout 100 or so quid may be a lil bit more ask at powerflow at ur local garages

owerflow of stafford is well recomended!
