tuning a fiesta si

whats the best way of tuning a fiesta 1.6 zetec si but i what to keep the standard engine as it has only done 50k????
what sort of bhp can i get from it??
all help appreciated :)

Read the Zetec tuning guide on the main site. As mentioned there it's a pointless waste of money. You could spend over a grand and get better results from a £100 replacement engine.

what would i need to change to fit a 1.8 zetec 130 i.e. ecu, block, head.
would i need to change the engine loom and could i use the standard gearbox??

yea dont need to change loom and u can use the standard gearbox as far as i know, i have on my 2.0 conversion and it works fine altho the ratios are a bit low, so motorway driving uses a bit more fuel that it should really but acceleration is better.
Fiesta has been replaced :( with a 2.0 turbo rover!
