tuning help

i need my FRST tuning, it idles at abot 200 rpm, if that on cold, then on hot fluctuates between 200 and 500 rpm. quite worrying, as when u pull that plug thing off the idle valve it does NOT stall and it [ERRR] do!! dammit. and ontop of this its only running 8psi on max boost, but has a graph for 170bhp. :o so where is decent, burton area preff.....
No longer a FRST owner, or even a Fiesta owner :(

With the engine switched off, check your chip isn't loose - it should be on the bottom of your ECU.

The car should only stall with the ISCV disconnected when the car is cold.

Reset your base idle (Haynes manual chapter 1 I think) and have your CO levels checked.
