i am desperatly after some tuning bits for the 1300 valencia engine fitted to the mk5 escort. please help i know its not a festa but i need the help.

Air filter, exhaust, cams, etc, can be fitted but are often more work than they're worth when you weigh up the cost of an engine conversion to FRS running gear, for example, especially when all the right bits are available off the shelf. A 2.0L Zetec conversion in yours would probably cost under £500 plus labour if you didn't want to DIY it, although insurance costs will go up depending on your ins company.
