Turbo Preassure question ?
Hello every one .
This is my firs topic .. first off all i want to tel that my english is bad so please be cool and fix my mistakes 10x
So my question is ... i have Fiesta 1.4 16v Zetec ( 90 hp ) and i want to install a turbo one of my friends has a turbo + cooler and all the link tubes from 1.8 Audi A3 turbo 20 v . sooo what do you think abou the stock turbo from the A3 and what will be tha minimum preassure ot boost to save my engine .. i meen ( 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4 ) how many bars will the stock pistons take ???

Hi there, your english is not that bad, there are british people on here that do not have as good a grasp of the englsh language as you do
Running on stock engine internals, i would recommend 7 PSI or 0.5 bar maximum, if you lower the compression you can use more boost.

Mhm .. i read somewere that if we get the fuel up i meen to spray more the pistons will be cooled easyer and thy told me that they can handle up yo 1 bar but i dont want to risk because i`m not making this car for races ir drag i use it every day i dont want to blow my engine at the first day ?

That is wrong, excess fuel wont matter, its has to be fuelled correctly.
yes 0.5 bar is the most you should run on a standard engine, if you use a thicker copper gasket form http://www.ferriday.co.uk you could run more boost, probably close to 1 bar
