Turbo Question

It's looking like i am going to have to strip my freshly rebuilt engine, i am currently running a standard T3 on there, having read in places about different exhaust housings, what would be best to fit on there to uprate it, or any upgrades to it anyone can suggest????

if you really wanted the best flow i heard a cossie 3 bolt one is best with cossie downpipe
