I've seen a frst for sale with a stage 4 hybrid turbo

What would the diffrence be between this and a stage 3 turbo ?

only way of finding out the spec is if you know who built the turbo, then ask the company direct

Talking about Stages is getting nowhere. Stages are different from developer to developer.
Get the spec of the turbo used at that Stage.
