Colour Changes
First, use the Polygon Lasso tool and go around the edge of the body. Hold "shift" to add portions, and hold "alt" to subtract a portion of your selection. Be sure to deselect headlights, windows, foglamps, or any other part of the car that is not part of the car's body.
Then go to the menu "Image > Adjust > Desaturate." This will change it to black and white.
Then, go: "Image > Adjust > Colour Balance." From here you can slide the colour bar towards the colour you want. Remember to click the "Shadows, Midtones, and Highlights" option in the same box and move those sliders as well.
You may want to play with brightness/contrast as well as playing with the "Levels" and "Curves" to tweak your colour to match your liking.
