Yes i know two completely different points,

Ok ashley manifolds are they any good? I'm about to buy an xr2i 1.8 was looking at getting a manifold but the only one i can find is the ashley competition ones. It's currently got a full magnex exhaust system on the car, will i have any trouble when connecting the manifold with this? what bhp increase should i expect.

Cams, particular the kent cams, are they easy to install and setup and once again how much bhp increase should i expect on the same car?

Changing cams on the zetec are a piece of piss. 20 mins.

Ashley manifold will need abit of extra pipe adding to it to connect to your magnex exhaust, as its about 2 inch too short

will need decent cam pulleys to make the most of them, and I think people say its best to change the lifters and such

in the end for everything your looking at around £500 if you do it properly.
