tyre pressures

What does everyone recommend for the tyre pressures in wheels? Currently sent them all to 30psi all the way round

should they be set different like it says in the orig. ford book??

it is a 1.4 CVH

14 inch wheels, has 180/60 tyres (ducati S200 tyres)

I have 30 front and 28 rear on mine - slightly softer back seems to help cornering and reduce vagueness.
