Though i better post a few things bout me car. As i said i got it set up last week and made 178bhp and 183pounds of torque at only 12.5psi (peaking at 14). I made a few posts about oil before, ive now found out that u shouldnt really use Mobil 1 in the FRST unless its very hard tuned and reasonably new engine. Power engineering say use 10W40 semi synthetic and change it every couple of thousand. Mobil 1 is apparantly far too thin even the 15W50!. I was using 15W50 and there was alot of engine noise, ive now changed it to a 10W40 semi synthetic oil and it is much quiter not as noisy cold starts. Neway car is running sweet now. Does any1 have any rough estimates on their 0-60 times??

Ford recommend one oil and thats it for the FRST, 5W 40 i presume this is ok to use, or they wouldn't recommend it ????
