hiya guys as my headgasket is getting done im not sure if the turbo has gone poof with it, im hoping it hasnt

but just in case it has, what turbo could i upgrade to and still keep the existing t2 downpipe?

I wouldn't think th eturbo would go with the headgasket. TBH the cost involved in fitting an uprated T2 and the fact it's not got the balls to do the job makes teh T3 the sensible option. Don't worry about doing the T3 downpipe as it's not too bad. My bro done mine inside 15 minutes (smart arse little sod that he is :lol: )

really?!how the hell did he do that??

my turbo is bolted directly to my manifold would this just come apart once i remove the bolts and t3 pop in?as you can tell its my first time with turbo's!

Hi m8 u need to use an escort turbo manifold and turbo as the set up us quite different as the turbo faces the other side. u also need an escort turbo down pipe and you cut and shut your exhaust then weld it up. i you do the conversion there are a few things you will also need.
