Uprated eSCORT rst box

Just bought a blown rs box for 20 quid so that I can use the LSD for my fiesta gearbox. I Have a 2i box and want to swap the diff for the RS diff as I will be using the gearbox for my transplanted rst engine. Does anyone know if this will work, and how to uprate them? Iv heard rumours about transit van shafts etc. Any1 know the exact details?

It will fit, but pay a professional gearbox company to do the work - it's really not worth getting involved in (and I can promise you that!).

Cheers dude. I need to know what special parts are used to uprate them apart form quaife staright cut gears etc. Iv heard rumours about diesle gears which I know is wrong and also transit van gearbox parts. Any ideas? Are the ratios in a 2i box the same as the escort and fiesta rst? :D
