what fuel pump is a direct upgrade on FRST for 200+bhp. Is it the same s a escort cosworth?

I've got the cosworth motorsport one for sale at £90+£6 P+P BRAND NEW
You'll never need another fuel pump as its good for 350bhp and is a fit into the fiesta cradle.

Kev - The pump Matt has offered is what I have in mine, which is around 220bhp and will see over 300bhp :)
