URGENT : Clutch replacement

I have an engine due to drop in but it needs a new clutch.

Please detail any information regarding which clutch I should put in and its cost.

I am currently going for a standard Ford Motorcraft part but would considder good aftermarket items of equal or greater quality.

Let me know of price and where I can buy them from if possible.

I can get one for about £20 but its not Ford and probably crap.
