Just downloaded Kolbesmith pistons catalog and searched couple of brands for eventual pistons swap.

VW's pistons - VW have a big range of pistons with diameter near to 80.6 mm., but they are with small piston pins (VW 20 mm. vs. Ford 20.63)

Next in list was Vauxhaul (Opel), and LOOK!!! :

X25XE pistons may fit 1.8 zetec turbo!

X25XE bore - 81,6 mm.
Zetec bore - 80,6 mm.

X25XE stroke - 79.6 mm.
Zetec stroke - 88 mm.

X25XE from center of piston pin to piston surface - 30.45 mm. (that will give VERY LOW and nice CR!)
Zetec from center of piston pin to piston surface - 33.2 mm.

X25XE piston height - 51.08 mm.
Zetec piston height - 57.2 mm.

X25XE piston pin 21 X 56 mm.
Zetec piston pin 20.63 X 63.4 mm.

Both X25XE and Zetec piston pins are interference fit in connecting rod, difference is small and small eye of Zetec rod can be modddifed to fit X25XE piston pin.

Still can't calculate CR with X25XE pistons, but anyone can help here?!? May be I'm just dreamer - please correct me.
