vibration through pedals?

Postby Mav Singh on Thu Aug 20, 2015 7:15 pm

hey all, for the last 2 years Iv been getting a vibration through the pedals, more noticeable through the clutch pedal but also on accelerator. it seems to be like a pulsation feeling,

now it does it in all gears and is mostly noticeable doing 50mph or more, engine revs don't effect it, be it high revs or low vibration Is dependant on vehicle speed and not revs.

new calipers, hoses, pads, discs, tyres have been re-balanced and new wishbones, alignment done still no difference.

iv had a look at the clutch cable and it does seem to rest around the the back of the engine/gearbox, dunno if its not supposed to touch that area or not.
anyone else had this issue before or know what it can be?

general drive of the car is fantastic and smooth, done 110mph in it and handles smooth no vibration through steering only the pedals vibrate.
some people say it could be caused by the rear engine mount, but not sure.??
