What's wrong with your current cards?

(Don't laugh too much) - I used some black sub-box carpet on mine, after pulling off the stick-on vinyl and carpet (piece of p*ss). Looks a proper treat and not too rough. Also, easy to clean, doesn't rot (made of plastic, y'see) and you can take it off and replace with a different colour if you're so inclined.

It's not too hard (at all) to cut out XR/RS door handle holes if you've got L/LX cards with mini handles.

Project Fezzie.

Have you got any pictures.

It sounds a good idea but I wouldn't mind seeing a finished version before I start messing about with my door cards.

Cheers

I'll see what I can do, but don't hold your breath 'cos I don't have access to a scanner at the mo'. I have also taken out stowage pockets and speakers, although that was simply for a separate project which never happened.

You can "test run" by stretching some black cloth (i.e. bedspread, sheet, etc) over the card, hold it down at the back and then screw everything back on - the screws will make their own way through the cloth with a little persuasion, and you can just whip it all off to do the job proper.

Hey, there's an idea - seat covers and matching door card covers to fit tilt seats for the Fez. Anyone wanna go?????
