Know of a shell that's had all new panels on it, checked it over and there no rust I can find on it, needs painting.

Got one new unregistered fiesta 3dr shell still in factory primer. It's had a cage welded in and the back panel removed (carefully, all spot welds drilled out, panels are still with the car to put back on) I didn't do any of the work on it, bought it like this a few years ago and its been sat in my garage untouched since :( will sell it for the right offer. (I can deliver it anywhere in the country for a reasonable cost)
