Weird spark plug markings...

That's quite suprising. NGK's normally work quite well in Ford's Champion's I tend to stay away from due to back experience's with them in the past.
If in doubt use the Ford OE part!

It's the 2nd set of NGK's in 12 months!
They're marked PTR5A - 13
Wonder if they're the right ones. The engine had (just swapped the car for a Quattro) a history of pinking, rough idling on Shell Optimax, and had a tendancy to knacker plugs. Maybe there's too much HT ?
Just curious. I'll post them off to NGK and see what they say.

Yep, traded in the Mondeo, she's off to pastures new. The Quattro is magnificent compared against the Mk1. I'm just paranoid about parking it anywhere in case some dork decides to key it or dent the doors with theirs. Wifey's 206 is going to get a lot more trips in to town from now on
