I'm walking home from work

Most exercise I've had for ages now, almost to the point that I think I've forgotten how to use my legs properly

It's 3.3 miles, so nothing major, and I used to cycle the same distance every day, but since I started a new job 2 and a half years ago, I've driven almost every day... I think even my brain has turned to mush as a result

Random Distractions used to be so much more active

It actually took me most of the walk home to type it on my phone because the browser I was using has such a stupid on-screen keyboard that it was a total nightmare trying to hit the right letters

I felt good for the walk though

You should try and do at least one decent fast paced walk a day 15/20 mins, try to keep healthy and all that! You feel good because of all those endorphines being released!

Oh yes, the old endorphins do work well in me I think that's why I used to love my cycling so much and would often do 20 odd miles in the evening after work or uni years ago Love it!
