CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

What cams for a 2.0ltr 16v Zetec?

What cam kit should i go for in my 2.0 Zetec im buildin at the mo? What make and what spec is best for the 16v'ers?

Should i just get the cams of a kit with verniers?

I know bob all about the 2.0 Zetecs so any help would be apretiated! :D

£400+ for 8-10bhp isn't really worth it...

Save the money for throttle bodies, NOS or a turbo conversion.

yeah throttle bodies are bout 200 quid and add the same.

£200 :o I payed £1500 for my throttle bodies and then i had to get it mapped at £300
Now driving a 1999 Audi S3 with 2.1 20v OD HTAGT3582r Turbo

Bring on the 650+Bhp 4x4 monster

Cam's are _always_ a requirement. Ignore people that say otherwise. Without the right cam's for your mods, there is no point in contemplating going to throttle bodies or anything.

Twin webbers cost about £550 but they still need to be set up by someone who knows what they are doing. You won't be massively far off the power of throttle bodies and management, but with worse running and less economy..

They need a high lift cam and a well ported head to flow enough gas, oh and a bottom end strong enough to pull high revs.
