Whats the cams should i buy to uprate my RS1800 it's got a cat back exhaslt and K&N induction kit

Piper's re-profiled items work very well indeed. Recently fitted a set to my brothers other half's Escort GTi and the difference was noticeable

i have a set of Piper 285 cams to fit that engine for sale, onyl covered 300miles with followers.
Would work well if you want to spend some money and get some power
