What can I do now to take it further?
I currently have a Mk5 Zetec-S with panel filter, zaust and chip with a healthy bhp, but unsuprisingly I want to take it further.
I know about cams and would be pushing up to about 130bhp with them but what about going further, but what else can I do (keeping it n/a) ?
Port & polish? is this worth it, what exactly does this mean?
any other options?
Thanks

Your next route would be....
Cams
Head work : ported and polished
Throttle body
then u could ask about NoS
Porting and polishing : when the head of your engine is cast it is left with burrs, bumps...etc....especially on the corners and the surface is not smooth. So a machinist will smooth out the surfaces (polish) and create better corners removing any bumps and extra metal (porting). But........
its recommended to only get the inlet side of the head ported (remove excess metal) and get the outlet side ported and polished. That way the fuel and air will still get mixed properly and the gases escape as quickly as possible.
I think that covers it
