Hi I've got a 165bhp fiesta turbo and need to uprate the clutch. I was told i want a ap 4 paddle clutch, but i still want it drivable around town. I heard a organic one would be ok.
Could anyone help me out, what sort of clutch do you use in yours?
Thanx alot

The paddle clutch is unforgiving, and can't be slipped for very long. I've been in a few traffic jams with mine, and after 20 minutes or so stopping and starting, it starts to judder quite a bit unless you dump it with about 3,000rpm each time, which is the best technique generally speaking.
Besides the technical factor, there's the social factor to take into account as well! To save slipping over and over just to move half a car length, it makes more sense to wait until three or more car lengths open up so you can momentarily drop the clutch then coast to the car ahead before braking again. People behind get annoyed at this, and in some instances I've got out to inform the driver behind of my situation, just to keep things civil.
