What Do I Need For Turbo Zetec

Right I posted other day about zetec turbo but got a few questions?

1,What mondeo engine is easiest to fit to fiesta 1.6si?
2, What turbo shall i use
3, Is there any lists that i can have for everything to get for the conversion of a turbo as in forged pistons,camshaft,cambelts etc or can you just use normal parts for a N/A engine and just strap the turbo on?
4, anybooks or anything on turboing or anything about this engine rebuilding etc
