can you please someone tell me what stuff i need to convert my zetec to zetec turbo mine is 1.6L it was 90PS but i bolt on another throttle body of an 1.8 zetec and now i have 130PS what approx bhp should i have with a turbo? :rolleyes:

anybody knows?
what i've got in mind is:

for the first time i only do:
lower the compresion in the pistons 7:2
bolt on a T3 Turbo
an Escort RS Turbo Manifold
bosh grey injectors
and turbocharged stuff.....
(i've already got a cosworth fuel pump in my 1.6L Zetec 16v

and whan i'm good at money:
i changed the ECU and put an Cosworth Manegment or a Pactel
change piston to Forged lower compresion piston and more...

to be honest, turboing the 1.6 is pointless! its just SO restrictive! if u look at the ports on the block, compare them to the 2.0 and its like.. the popes ass compared to... john eltons ass!! :lol: :lol:
