Excuse my ignorance but have heard of alot of cars with them on but still dont know exactly what they do. Is it worth getting one? :-? :-?

They are a replacement fuel pressure regulator that increases the flow of the fuel at certain points.
This is supposed to increase pick up and reduce flat spots. On the subject on whether they work, they must do somat or else people would not keep buying them, but have no personal experience.
