I don't do energy drinks anymore. When I was at college, I was drinking stuff like Red Bull to keep me awake during lectures and eventually realised it was giving me some serious headaches. I was only drinking the odd can, and never more than one in a day - God knows how some people do 5 or 6 in a day!

when i was a screen printer doing silly 14 hour shifts and night shift i used to rely on the tesco version of red bull ''Kick''
the 1 litre bottle used to keep me going every day along with chocolate and other sugary snacks.

But yea the head aches !

Use to be a Relentless Original man myself until I overdosed on the stuff and was in hospital for a week, serious but that was when I was in my old job and it was taking 10 cans of the stuff just to get me through the day

Now I just have 1 can of Emerge when Im home a day or when Im in Denmark they have one called Cult which is nice
