What is involved in making a 1.8 ZVH ?

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

I need this info urgently since my car is off the road (broken bottom-end, e.g. gearbox mounts broken from engine ?...)

So I tought, since the block needs replacing, why not upgrade it to 1.8 ?

Need all the info possible as quick as possible, since I need to decide today or monday if I buy a new 1.6 from Ford or not...
