Is it just a key i need and where could i buy one online its avo coiolvers anyone know?

thats 1 thing you need what you need now is somthing to clamp the other part so you can back it of water pump plyer will do the job. the way it works i lyk locking 2 nuts together on a bolt. back it of drop it down tighten it up.lol

avo's only have 1 platform, not 2 like on fk's and other coilovers, need to undo the grub screw on the platform, think its an allen key you'll need for this and then using c spanner turn anti clockwise to lower iirc
