First off its people who win things then say there 5 year old son bid on it by accident and he doesnt want the item...

Then some bloke asked me if id end early on a car part as he was desperate and i needed the money we exchanged adress details and i said to him to pay me by bank transfer or cheque as i dont use/like paypal, so he agrees i end the auction, no payment turns up, i email him again and he replies ' i was waiting for your paypal address '

Latest one, second hand mobile phone, this time, paid by bank transfer gave him my address, gave me his, money went in last friday late afternoon,so im posting it this morning as i had my kid at the weekend and was busy, he has just emailed me saying, ' you think your funny mate, wheres my phone i paid for? my aunty works for ' bank in question ' and ive got your name and address through the sort code and account number your provided me, ill be up during the week, ill teach you a lesson, so i replied and said not being funny but i gave you my address and the money went in late Friday so give me a chance, and also threats dont wash with me, patience is a virtue, to which he replied, money went in Thursday, ive lost your adress and as ive no phone on my doorstep this morning i feel as if ive been scammed.. sometimes i just feel like not posting the item and see if he is a man of his word..i said to him why would your aunty risk her job by breaking data protection laws for you for the sake of a 2 figure £ sum of money? nobber, im 6 foot 2, been on the weights for 3 years, i eat 5 times a day... be bloody interesting when i answer the door to him

People that bid without reading the details of the auction i.e. no shipping outside of the UK, dont bid if you have 0 feedback, paypal only etc etc.

I had to list an item 4 TIMES recently as each time somebody with 0 feedback used 'buy it now' and then deleted their account... god knows why!

had a few in my time.
one that springs to mind was a guy that got some pistons from me on a buy it now, paid through paypal, i sent them out, as always gave him postage details of when and how and there be approx X amount of days before arrivng etc.
2 and a bit weeks later gets a email, "just wondering if you have sent the pistons yet as they havent arrived" emailed him back saying yeah they were sent on blah, i emailed you etc etc etc, if they havent arrived in a weeks time let me know and i'll put a claim in as you have to wait more than 15 days etc.

2 weeks later, same sort of email, have i sent them blah blah blah, i smelt a rat after the first email, second confirmed it, so i said, as they havent arrived i'll refund him, but only after the post office have paid me out as they were insured.
done all the forms put them in, got a letter from royal mail saying its all going through and they have written to the reciver.
3 months later i call royal mail to see whats going on, and guess what, they still waiting on a signed form from the guy that bought them, once they got that they would pay out, so wrote to the guy, sending photo copies of everything and basicly saying, fill the form in and your get your money...
even to this day i never heard fcuk all back and that was couple years ago

guy tried his luck, $hit out on a refund there and then, but didnt have the bottle to carry on with the claim, and it was worth £65 to him, and tbh, he could of put a claim into paypal and we all know what paypals like for refunding scammers

People seem to have such bad experiences with ebay, I only deal with people with 100% or v.close feedback (depends on their score tbh) and I've never had any problems, buying or selling.

oooooo here i have one for you.
story goes my fez engine died and needs rebuilt so thought i may as well go the hole way and do a full rebuild.
so i need to stay on the road and stay on the road cheply.
so i bought my self a yamaha tzr 125cc (with the yamaha power valve) its cheap to run and fast enuf for any road and good in the courners for a bit of knee down fun.

so anhoo 2 days into having it and the thiving gits bust into my shed for it.
haha thives mr hog is a lot smarter than that.
i had the bike in my bedroom next to me.

so i thought i need an alarm for the shed as i have a lot of tools and stuff so i hit the e-bay.
seen a wireless alarm so bought it.

so a week passes still no alarm and no message with an explenation.
so to cut a long story short i got almost 3 weeks of random s**t excuses on why it hadnt turned up.

so it finally came so i thouht fuk you i am leaving feedback.

and of course like meany would i riddled the gammon slipper with bad feedback.
and i didnt lay it on i was totally truthful.
i said how it took the piss and how he fobed me off with loads of s**t excuses.

i the cheeky gammon slipper tried to report me saying that i was lying and stuff and complaned that i was way to harsh.

well he didnt relise you can have the messages you write and recive sent to you r email adress so i had the lot to back up my side.

wot pussles me is he had a good rating and no complantes.
so why he was such a prick about the hole thing.
if had been nicer i would have skipped leaving feedback and let it go.
