what is the best suspension setup for the fiesta rst?

as title, i have g-max on the car and there not that good to be honest, so im thinking standard ford shocks all round and 25mm lowering springs?? but what springs are best??

id like to stick with ford shocks ideally! :)

rob,

You would be much much better going with shocks matched for the lowering springs. There is also the benefit of having much better gas shocks than the oil filled standard ones, or are they still oil filled ? So you have lots of choice really if you went with a complete kit from the likes of Spax. It also wouldnt surprise me if you were cheaper to than buying Ford shocks.
